The Government Gazette of 26 March 2020 stated that the TERS “Directive remains in operation for the period if 3 (three) months or until they are withdrawn by the Minister, whichever comes first.”

MAY TERS applications are supposed to have opened.

TERS application for May were supposed to be accepted from midnight last night, according to the Department of Employment and Labour. 

This is not the case.

The TERS site (https://uifecc.labour.gov.za/covid19/) states simply that applications have not opened for May, and that we should check their website regularly. [Read More…]
