METAL INDUSTRIES WAGE INCREASES: July 2020
There are no adjustments to wage levels.
Seifsa has proposed that the 2020 negotiations be deferred, and that the current terms and conditions of the Main Agreement be extended until 30 June 2021.
SEIFSA said the proposal had no counter-proposal, and the respective unions would be taking the proposal back to their respective structures and internal report-back mechanisms.
While the 2017-2020 Main Agreement’s terms and conditions of employment has come to an end, and it was not extended across the country, SEIFSA has requested that employers, in good faith, continue the implementation of that agreement’s terms and conditions of employment.
