TERS has ended, but what about June?

TERS (Temporary Employer/Employee Relief Scheme) was only ever intended to run from April 2020 – June 2020.  The Benefit is no longer available from 01 July 2020.

Will successful applications from April, May and June will be paid?  YES.

Will June be paid out, even though June has passed? YES.

Will Applications for June, submitted in July, be accepted? YES.

Will June be paid even if the application is submitted when the site opens in July? YES. The TERS site (https://uifecc.labour.gov.za/covid19/) has, apparently, had security problems, and will be up and running soon.

Will there be applications for TERS for the months of July, August, September, etc.? No.

If April, May and June have documents missing from applications, will the applicant be accepted? YES. The documents need to be added as quickly as possible.
