- 12 % across-the-board increase on the actual wage in all categories or grades;
- Doing away with Grade H, but not downgrading Grade G;
- A 3 year agreement should be on status quo;

The Labour Court ruled that a blood test is a more reliable test than breathalyser to detect alcohol and reinstated an employee who tested positive for alcohol in three breathalyser tests, but when he went for his own blood test, tested negative.
